CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Our Customers are our first and most important reference in the business world therefore Portalys’ main gaol is to satisfy our customers and deliver quality products to them. We commit to excellence in our services. However under no circumstanced Portalys should be held responsible to satisfy unclear expectations. It is Portalys responsibility to decide whether or not a request is reasonable and within the agreed scope of work. Any request outside the original agreed scope of work is considered as an additional task and is invoiced accordingly.

PAYMENT TERMS

A down payment is to be paid at the start of the project for Portalys team to star working on the client project. Upon project completion the remaining balance is to be paid in full by the client. Products and services are delivered upon completion of the project, when all payments are cleared.
Additional features are billed separately on hourly rate. If clients require additional services or products, the correspondent fee is added to their invoice and they are charged accordingly.

DELAY IN PROJECT COMPLETION MAY OCCUR WHEN:

1- Customers request changes in the design, features, or content of the project.
2- The client purchases an additional service related to the project.
3- There is a delay in the receipt of any materials from the client.
4- There is a delay in any payment.

Time frame estimates are approximate only and are subject to change at any time at Portalys’discretion.

At any time, and at its whole discretion, Portalys may decide to put a project on hold.
